Why did Arizona take so long to open a Tea Spot!!!! No brainer you would think but please make one in the West Valley Avondale, Goodyear Litchfield area. I make my way to this spot at least once a week and I dont get tired of it. I love all the different flavors and the option to taste test them all!!! 😋 But go try it out its won't disappoint.

*Late post* I was greeted by the owner, JT, as soon as I walked in to the store. It was a weekday, so the store was quiet and we had a nice chat. It was my first experience in this tea paradise, so he walked me through the process. He even made me a limited time special refresher with hot honey in it! It was awesome! I wish I could stay a bit longer, but there were no tables and chairs for in the store. Also, HTeaO Corporate, if you are reading this, please consider opening up a location in Chandler. You will become extremely popular and well loved by the community!

"Texas Born & Brewed" and now finding its way to Glendale, AZ, HTeaO is the 31 Baskin Robbins in the tea game. I came here recently because my friend, who lives in the west valley, has been singing their praises. After visiting my parents, I decided to stop by and yeah, I get it! They have so many flavors that you can mix and match and for under $5, why not? They have a great selection of sugar-free options too. I believe all their drinks are sweetened with real sugar too so none of that corn syrup stuff here either. It's great. I like it here. I now have a new spot to pop in to before or after visiting my family. Happy Hour BOGO, every day, 2pm-4pm.

Huge fan of HTeaO! After only one visit and having never been here before, I am hooked. I honestly thought it was just a drive thru for tea, coffee, and energy drinks but there is an inside and it's like a mini convenience store. I loved this aspect! You can buy tea of every kind you can think of, plus coffee or energy drinks, snacks, hats, shirts, bottles, coolers, stickers, and so much more. I love that their snacks are on the healthier side as well! You can also get tea by the gallon, and choose your variety, including mixes or percentages (for example, 75% black, 25% passionfruit, etc.). Everyone was SO nice! They have great customer service here. The coffee was excellent and I think they nailed it. I will definitely be returning!

So second bad experience with staff. Today 4/18 at 1:43 pm She was rude to everyone (front counter) I had multiple drinks. As soon as my card hit the payment she left. No lid on my coffee. No cup holder or straw offered. When I first went to check out she talked to me like I was stupid and I guess how they do things changed. I had to ask someone who was doing something else to get me what I needed and then had to walk back in for a lid so I didn’t have coffee spilling. They were very pleasant and sweet. First bad service is forgivable - second no. I wasn’t the only guest she talked to in a rude manner. The people in front of me- she could’ve been nicer or more patient explaining how the rewards works Editing my review so that management may see. I still love this place and have had many great experiences. Yesterday my husband and I stopped in. The girl at the counter was rude! I asked politely to change the milk in my coffee (as I’ve asked before with no issues) - and she was just so rude about it “we don’t do that here” and rolled her eyes at me. Enough to where my husband and I both noticed. The other girl who has been there for a little bit and always super kind thankfully too
